jilikk is available exclusively to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering on the jilikk platform.
Each player may hold only one jilikk account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. Account ownership is non-transferable under any circumstances.
All jilikk bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonuses claimed through false information or bonus abuse are void and may result in account termination.

Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated. All funds associated with such an Account will be forfeited and reported to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory obligations. jilikk takes underage gambling prevention seriously and makes no exceptions to this requirement.

All transactions on jilikk are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilikk accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT, subject to availability and minimum deposit thresholds as published on the Platform from time to time.
Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits credit to your jilikk Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may require up to one banking business day. jilikk is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors, telecommunications failures, or banking system downtime outside its control.
Players who have completed KYC verification may submit withdrawal requests for Real Money Funds in their jilikk Wallet, subject to the following conditions:

Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round on jilikk, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection protocol. Any unplaced or incomplete bets at the point of disconnection may be voided or settled at the game's natural conclusion, depending on the game type and provider rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilikk Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Upon Account termination for cause, jilikk reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any Real Money Funds derived from fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful activity. Real Money Funds that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their jilikk Account may do so by contacting jilikk support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, following confirmation of identity and settlement of any pending transactions.
All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the jilikk Platform are the exclusive property of jilikk or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, scraped, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of jilikk.
jilikk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own lawful personal gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to download, copy, or store Platform content beyond what is strictly necessary for normal browser operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilikk, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jilikk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
jilikk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account on jilikk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilikk processes personal data for purposes including but not limited to account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided separate consent — marketing communications. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by updating your Account preferences.
jilikk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jilikk will provide reasonable advance notice to existing Players via email to their registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jilikk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 11.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the jilikk Platform, shall first be submitted to jilikk's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jilikk support. jilikk will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilikk's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. Disputes that remain unresolved through administrative channels may be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
